Shipping Method: Canada Post is Kizmets standard delivery method.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you require Express post an extra charge will be applied to your order, if you do not request express mail
your order will be shipped regular mail.
Shipping insurance is included for items of $100 CDN or less,
if your purchase is over $100 CDN you can purchase more to cover
your shipment.
United States residents may be charged broken and customs, we are not responsible for these extra fees,
please check with your local customs agent for an estimate of the additional charges.
Kizmet does not give cash refunds, any and all refunds will be in the form of store credit.
Send an email to daniel@kizmetjewelrydeisng.com and include a explanation of why you need to return the design.
We will email you a confirmation number if the return is accepted as well as return instructions
Returns must be returned within 14 days, as well we must be notified BEFORE you ship the product back,
if you fail to contact us first no refund OR credit will be given.
